Is there a way to delete all contacts in my Ipaq RZ 1715?

Everytime I Sync , duplicates are created. I want to start over by deleting
all contacts and then Sync with Outlook 2003.
There seems to be no option to remove duplicates in Outlook & the Ipaq. The
only choices I find in options are to replace contacts on the Ipaq or replace
ontacts on teh desktop. WHere is the "Sync" option?

Any ideas?

But DON'T then sync your device, as it will delete all your contacts in
Outlook. First delete the existing partnership. Then on connecting you
will be asked to set up a new partnership and then can sync the contacts
without losing them.
