Please log in for more thread options If I understand you correctly, you can do what I have done: I configured my
POP mail accounts on a Windows XP computer running Outlook 2003. Then I
created folders for each POP account under the Exchange Server Inbox. I
created some rules to cause mail to be moved to those folders respectively
as the messages arrive. Then I turned off the save a copy of sent items in
Sent Items folder and created another set of rules to move a copy of sent
items to their respective Sent Items folders (I created seperate for the POP
accounts and IMAP too). Then, when the mobile device syncs, it gets my POP
mail from the Exchange Server. New incoming POP mail is only available while
the XP computer is powered up and Outlook 2003 is running to retrieve it. I
did this so my POP mail (received and sent) would always be available
everywhere. Works great. Of course, you should start by removing your POP
account(s) from the device.
