You'd have to go back to Orange, it should be under warranty.
Otherwise if you know somebody who owns jasjar imate, you can
download the firmware from http://www.imate.com/
You need a valid serial number from a Imate Jasjar, using the
vodafone, 02, orange, t-mobile branded ones won't work on the site -
must be from imate only.
