I can no longer see the description or info of the show any longer.
I used to be able to just touch the dvr-ms file with the cursor and I
could see the description of the tv show and the title of it. For some
reason now when I bring these dvr-ms files over to my XP machine I can
no longer see them. Did something change with the metadata of the
dvr-ms file??? Can I get it back?
Thanks

I guess this is an unusual question... I can't figure it out either,
but I am sure I am asking in the right place.

Do the other features of the MS-DVR files still work? For instance,
is the Media Center icon still associated with the file and does
double clicking on it cause it to play in Media Center? I assume
these features were not lost or you would have mentioned this but it
is always best to not rely on assumptions.

Those features were not lost. The only problem is what I mentioned
above. Thanks for the question and response.

Have you checked to make sure that the Show pop-up description option
is ticked in the View tab of the Folder options for the afflicted
folder?
