What is the best program for convertring DVR-MS files into MPEG2 files?

Over a year ago someone posted these suggestions for converting DVR-MS
files:

TMPGEnc 3.0 XPress
Power Director Pro
NeroVision Express 2
DVR-Ripper
Sonic Primetime
Arcsoft's Showbiz

Do they all support converting DVR-MS into MPEG2 format?

I'm looking for the fastest, most bug-free converter.

BTW, I'm using a new Dell WinXP Media Center 2005, 3.4 GHz, 2 GB RAM
system, with Windows Movie Maker Version 2.1.4026.0, an NVIDIA GeForce
6800 video card, an Angel TV tuner card (has two tuners), and an SB
Audigy 2ZS Audio (D8CO) sound card.

Thanks for all suggestions.

I just did some learning/trying out on DVR-MS Conversion.

1) TMPGEnc 3.0 Xpress: used source wizard to load the DVR-MS files,
excellent editing capability (same as TMPGEnc Plus 2.5), then ran
encoding ( about 1.5hr for 3GB file).

2) MyDVD Deluxe 6.0: drag/load DVR-MS files into the timeline, then
hightlight the video, file->convert (some criteria to select for the
ouput file).

TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 was able to read the outputted MPG files (for either
Dolby or PCM sound ) from the two programs..

===+++

Conflicts on my computer prevented Cyberlink PowerProducer,
DVR-ripper, dCut from running or completing the conversion.

Cyberlink suggested me to de-install some of the video editing/burning
programs that are in conflict to each other. Virus checker and MSN
Messenger are also suspected of causing problems.

In my experience, limited to be honest, AutoDVRConvert works well.

Note: You need to use the REGSVR32 <filename> command to register the Dump.ax
and MpgMux.ax files

After you extract the files to your hard disk, click Start, Run and enter:

REGSVR32 X:\PathtoFiles\dump.ax
REGSVR32 X:\PathtoFiles\MpgMux.ax

Where X:\PathtoFiles is the actual path to where you installed the program. I
put mine in C:\AutoDVRConvert

The only sucessful way I've done it was using the free GraphEdit
utlity. You do need to do the:

REGSVR32 X:\PathtoFiles\dump.ax
REGSVR32 X:\PathtoFiles\MpgMux.ax

Thing. Then open the file, replace the render graph elements with the
dump and MPGMUX filters and hit the button. Went so fast, I didn't
know it actually did it the first time. Converted a 2 hour, 6.2 GB
DVR-MS file to 5.7GB MPG.
