Hi Guys,
looking for some help.
I have a Pioneer DVR-104 DVD Writer been using it forever.
I have installed MCE2005 with NVidia DVD Decoder Drivers
when i click on MYDVD the screen goes black the DVD spins
up and then stops and spins up stops in a loop just sitting there.
I have tried several DVD decoder drivers WINDVD , POWERDVD
nothing seems to work. The odd thing is i installed Media player
version 10 on the box and it plays the DVDs fine.
One thing that might be the cause is that the DVD writer is region free
i dont know if this could be upsetting MCE?

Anyone got a clue whats going on... Im a little disapointed so far in MCE2005
I alo have a TV card thats not able to Tune in the channels but works ok
using normal non BDA driver software...

Help, please.

Download DecCheck from Microsoft to see which MPEG2 decoders are installed
on your PC; you can see which ones are installed on your PC, which are
compatible with MCE and from there you can select which one you want to be
default.
