I have the MSDN version of Media Center 2005 and I understand that this
plug-in is missing. Does anyone know how I get hold of it ?

Purchase and install any of the retail CD/DVD burning programs. (Roxio, etc.)

Can't be purchased separately, sorry. The file you need is called
SonicEncoders.msi.
