Is there no DST patch for Windows Mobile devices? I checked with AT&T and
HTC, and I don't see anything for my 8125. I've manually set the time back,
but it didn't help when it woke me up an hour late this morning. This could
get annoying if they keep changing the DST period every year.

You can get the DST patches from Microsoft. See here for all links (Windows
Mobile, Outlook, Windows XP, etc):

Be sure to pay close attention to the instructions where you need to
change the time zone on your phone, then change it back.
