 The below link was working last time I check on Friday, but today I
tried to access it, it gave me the "...file can not be found ..." error.

Do we have alternative so users can just install it over-the-air(OTA)?

I think its temporary, it should be up soon...I would freak out,
unless it was friday and it didn't work. There is also a cab file and
an MSI solution, so there is an OTA solution for those that do not
wish to use AS.

Worked for me
WM 5 PocketPC/Smartphone
http://download.microsoft.com/download/a/5/9/a599c3e6-f3ab-422d-b3d2-7eeee5f4ee63/WM5DST_signed.cab

That is the cab the "OTA" sort of solution, does not require desktop
link.

and find the right download URL from there.
