Can someone here recommend a website that includes a tutorial on DNS and
that includes a forum in which I can ask some really elementary
questions? I'm fighting with my server company over some DNS issues
caused by their migration of servers, and I feel really stupid about
some of my DNS questions.

In particular, I'm interested in DNS as it relates to a shared server
running cPanel. (Some of my questions are not server or site specific.)

A quick search on google shows a forum that looks popular:

http://member.dnsstuff.com/forums/index.php

I recognize the primary domain as a popular site that some people use to
perform checks/tests.

Overall, your inquiries are likely very easily answered. As for sites,
look for anything that related to DNS and BIND (specifically), since
this is related to a Cpanel server. Also, consider the Cpanel forums
or a place such as the technical questions area of a forum like
webhostingtalk.com.

Tm, thanks for your helpful suggestions. I have not had a good start
with dnsstuff.com as I cannot find a way to sign up for their
public/free forums.

Google is a great resource. I use it all the time. However, a personal
recommendation typically trumps Google search results.
