Hi

I am looking for an economical prototype.

Can anyone advise a good lite database that I can use in the Smartphone
emulator for some prototype development ? Any firsthand experience will be
welcome. The objective is to keep the licensing costs minimal.

Thx
SJ

SJ,

You have a number of options. I like SQL Mobile (also called SQL Server
Compact Edition), which is free, and you don't have to use it just for
prototyping.

Thanks for the response. Sorry for my ignorance, is it from Microsoft. If

Thanks
SJ

Yes it's from Microsoft and is included with Visual Studio 2005. You can
also download it here:
