ITYWF that the inverter is rated at 140 VA, not 140 Watts. They are are not
quite the same thing. Further, you have assumed that the power module input
power is the same as the output power. This is not the case - the input
power will be higher (not a lot higher, but higher). The actual VA will be
higher still.
Basically, the inverter that you are using is too small for the application.
