My phone is running Windows Mobile 5. I have successfully created a
custom home screen by editing an appropriate .xml file (\Application
Data\Home\simple.home.xml). I would like to know 2 things:

1) Is it possible to show more than 1 calendar appointment at a time on
the home screen? For example, if I had 2 calendar appointments in 1
day I would like to show both of them.

2) If I have no calendar appointments that occur today or tomorrow, the
home screen displays "No upcoming appointments." in the area for the
calendar plugin. Is it possible to have it just not display anything
if I don't have any upcoming appointments?

TIA

Not without 3rd party software. Search for FACADE . I know that it works
on Motorola Q.

There is a way - in the xml file - to tell it to display nothing but I am
not sure just how to do it.
