I'm using Vista Premium and every time I try to go into Media Center it
tells me I need to use a non-guest account. The only active account is me as
administrator as far as I can see. Any suggestions?

Create a new user account and assign all necessary administrative rights
to that.Now restart the machine and recheck the issue.
