I'd like to integrate a currency converter for a shopping cart.
I would update automatically the currency everyday at 8:00am using the
Cron.
Do you know a free web service that will provide the currency rate updated
daily to me using SOAP maybe?
I saw Oanda and XE, but they're pricy.
