I'm proud to announce to you the release of CssEditor a Free Css editor.

CssEditor is a CSS editing software that allows you to see your html page change
in
realtime
You load the html page, and then the soft detects the css file and loads the
html page
and the CSS.
Then you can edit the CSS by a property grid, and automatically see the effect
on the
html page.

The GUI uses a property toolbox, to easily change, and guide you in your choice,
font
color selection box, font box,

It's designed for CSS 2.0.
Useful to understand CSS and after really good to test change in your CSS.

Perhaps you could mention it is only for windows, and dialogs are in
French?

Anyway, I use Vim, very capable editor for both css and html markup.
