 I have a 2003 Server running Exchange (not SBS).

I know in SBS you can change the security certificate by running the
CEICW wizard.

I need to change the security certificate from server01.company.local
to mail.companydomain.com

Can anyone tell me how to do this in 2003 server.

 Are you talking about the certificate used for OWA? You would change that in
IIS. This article is for IIS 5, but it is roughly correct still:
