I try my best to help, however there are so many possible things that
it can be hard to figure out what is going on remotely. However, in
response to your problem, it sounds like it is a problem with
ActiveSync and/or Outlook on your computer - try closing all other
programs, and ensure that the device is plugged directly into the
computer (not through a hub).
