Hrmmm... can you try updating the device drivers on your system,
particularly any USB drivers, motherboard drivers, and video card
drivers?

I have updated all the drivers on my PC based on the latest versions from
Microsoft Update and IBM support web sites, but I still get the crash.

I have completely uninstalled and re-installed Office 2003 on my PC and I
still get the same crash when I try to synchronize. What to do next?

Have the same problem and get additionally this error message:
WCESMgr.exe /ONCONNECT caused a problem and is going to close

When I hard reset the PDA it works fine 1-2 days until I try to synch
with two PC in parallel after that it alway crashes on the first PC I
synched it after Hard Reset.

For the moment I can only synch without the callendar, it is a shame! I
guess it must have to do with this function "synch with exchange" even
so I do not use it and have it OFF. I noticed that when I synch the
callendar and only then my PC pops up with some network infos as if I
just hade reconnected my PC to the net.... I think the PDA tries to
connect to something on the net which is not responding and running
into endless loops to crash shortly later!

Interesting. My PDA is also set to sync with two PCs!
Can someone at ActiveSync development take a look at this.
I hate to wait until I go back home and work on re-intalling Office, just to
find out that it did not solve the problem.
Any other idea? Please...
