Hi

We have Exchange 2003 Server environment and now we want to configure email
in windows mobile.
Whether server name should be an OWA server (public IP address) name or any
other specify to add.

a) good luck, it took me weeks to figure it out ...
b) yes, on your mobile devices you will specify the public OWA server IP
address/server name
c) you have to make sure Exchange is properly configured first -
essentially, a working OWA set-up isn't enough - you have to be able to
demonstrate OMA with an unsupported device, and then it will work.
d) if you have a single Exchange server, go look at Method 2 in KB article
