You have two options...
If your company is using Exchange 2003 they may have the Outlook Mobil
Access enabled (if not sure ask IT). The address is
https://www.yourcomany.tld/exchange/oma
This is a text only interface, very easy to use and it works with any
browser.
Another option is to setup an Exchange ActiveSync, which will synchronise
your email, calendar and contacts (or what you select there) to your phone,
over the USB or over the air. To do so, check this article:

In the article there are instructions for always-up-to-date configuration,
but you can easily skip these if not needed. There is also a list of
*important* patches to be applied and tools.
