Is there a way to copy 300 of my contacts in Outlook to a friends pocket pc
with or without activesync, in a way that all of his contacts on his pocket
pc won't be added to my outlook contacts?

I would suggest exporting them to a csv file and have your friend import
them into their Outlook and allow active sync to take it from there on your
friends device.
