Hello :-)
I have three large folders that I copy from point a to point b weekly so if
some disaster should occur that I have to do a clean reinstall of the program
they have to do with, I can just copy them from point b back to point a and
have all my settings, aftermarket files, etc. back just like it was before
without having to remember every little thing, which I definitely can't do
and even if I did, it would still be a pain in the tail resetting them all.
Because of the large total size of these folders, 627M, backing them up takes
some time. If I start the copying and a file in the folder being copied
vanishes, I get an error message saying "Error copying file or folder.
Cannot copy (filename): cannot find the specified file. Make sure you
specify the correct path and filename." and even after I click OK, the
copying stops right there. Windows Explorer makes no attempt to continue
with the rest of 'em. Needless to say, that is inconvienient.
How do I get Windows Explorer to continue with the rest of the copying?
If that can't be done, then why is Windows Explorer made that way?
Also, every time I come here and select "question" in the dropdown, I get
asked to enter my password again even though I select "remember my e-mail and
pasword" every time. Why does it do that? I'm not as concerned about the
security of my account as some people so though it is minor, it is something
I'd rather do without.
If you reply by e-mail, please send to Rufinoform at aol . com I only check
my hotmail addy once a month
Take care :-)
