Hi,
Disconnect your device. Then try running the "Detect & Repair" or
"Diagnostics" (depending on the version of Outlook you have installed) under
Help menu of Outlook. Then under Add/Remove Programs go to ActiveSync/WMDC
and attempt a repair of the installation. Following this attempt a sync.
See if it helps enable the Contact options.
