Hi, how can I add an antenna for "free over the air" tv to supplement
my cable which is already attached to my tv tuner card?

You can't since the OTA channels and your cable service often use the same
channel numbers and their frequencies for totaly different channels on the
UHF channels and maybe even some of the VHF channels.

The other poster was wrong...you just need to add an ATSC tuner to get
the OTA HDTV channels. MCE will map these channels into the range of
1000-1999 (or so).

You will not be able to get standard analog channels, but you probably
already get them all through your cable anyway.

I should have added that the Vbox 150 hdtv tuner has been recommended
frequently. I bought one for about $70.

ATI and Dvico also have hdtv tuners.
