I am trying to use the compatibility wizard and am having the same problem as
another poster. I only get 3 grey boxes and it won't do anything but cancel
out of it. If I go to the help/support page and choose compatible
hardware/software my computer tries to connect, but says it cannot display
the page
"The page you are trying to view cannot be displayed because the server it
resides on does not respond. Please try again later. "
I tried uninstalling the zonelab security I have on my computer..so there
were no firewalls etc running, and still the same thing.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Please help!
