I have a new computer and can't get my Newsgroup Search deal to work
right...so I know this has been answered mnay times...

I need the program that tells me what codecs I have installed and which ones
are in use. Called dbbchecker or something..

It's called MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP VIDEO DECODER CHECKUP UTILITY
(DECCHECK.EXE). Do a Google search on this and you'll find it.
