Closing Media Center Messes up Computer techjunkie 02-13-2008

 Everytime we close Media Center to go back to the desktop, it either goes to
black or color streaks appear, mouse and keyboard functions do not work.
Ctrl-Alt-Del does not work. Can I fix this easily, or does it involve
advanced technical skills (it doesn't matter what it is)? Will it have to
resort to wiping the hard drive?

 Update the graphic driver.Visit the manufacturer's site to download and
install the latest compatible driver.

System Restore to a time before the problem began.

If no joy, check for the latest drivers for your video card. Not via Device
Mgr. Go to the card mfgs or your OEM's website.
