Please log in for more thread options I have the same problem with my HP media center PC.
I went back to store and checked other HP media center PCs on display,
they all have the same problem.
Called HP support, they are useless.
The only TV card I know that produce decent CC is ATI's Elite 550,
however, HP don't use those cards. They use Hauppauge or Asus which all
have the CC problem.
