Sounds like Click To DVD can't handle DVR-MS files. Have you asked them
about it?

Click to DVD on a Vaio Media Center Edition computer will import DVR-MS files
that have not been encrypted; I do it all the time. CTDVD is touchy about
how you are using it, though. It's hard to say why you can't get to import
recorded files without knowing more information. Maybe the settings you are
using are not correct.

If you have DVgate Plus, try and see whether you can use this program to
convert DVR-MS files to MPEG 2 files.

Get back with more information (Vaio model #, what you are doing, and so
forth) and I'll try and help you.
