while creating instance i am getting error like Class not registered.This is
the code i am using to create the instance         

hr = m_spMMTVBrandFx.CreateInstance("IMS.MMTVBrandFx.RNF");

Past two days i am trying for this.Please help to solve this error.

It sounds like the component wasn't properly installed - or was uninstalled.
Try re-installing it (which *should* register the class).
