Problem sync to Exchange 2003 SP2 via web. Support code: 0x85010016.

synchronizing."

When connected via USB I can sync calendar, tasks and contacts. I'd like to
sync email over the web. Active Sync is pointed to correct URL ( I can login
via OWA on the 8125) but when I sync it errors out. The error message is not
very descriptive. Any leads would be helpful.
