Please log in for more thread options I had exactly the same problem and here's the answer. It's a pain in the
aqq, but it worked for me.
Physically Disconnect ALL devices from the USB Hubs on your PC.
Go to your Control Panel Device Manager and Delete ALL USB Hubs
Physically Re-plug all devices into the USB Hubs on your PC.
Re-Boot your PC
