Some dates entered in Outlook Contacts as Birthdays are off by one day when
transferred to my Cingular 2125, while other dates are transferred
correctly.
I entered a birthday of 8/22/1987 for a contact, then ran ActiveSync. The
date displayed for that Contact on the Cingular Smartphone as 8/21/1987.
Then, when I updated the Smartphone to the correct date (8/22/7987),
ActiveSync updated the date in the contact record to 8/23/1987 and added a
new date to the calendar of 8/23 (recurring event), but did not remove the
8/22 date.
I entered a date of 1/27/1979 in an Outlook contact record as a birthday,
and everything worked as it should - the dates matched on the Smartphone.
My configuration:

OS 5.1.70 (Build 14406.1.1.1)
Microsoft ActiveSync Version 4.1.0 (Build 4841)
