Please log in for more thread options Besides the above reference. You first need to:
1. Request a Certificate
2. Select "EFS Recovery Agent (notice that "File Recovery" is in column for
"Intended Purpose".
3. Then Export the Cert. to the required location. Select Yes to export the
private key.Check "Enable Strong Encryption".
That should do it.
