You can see what is in the Q certificate database by going to Start ->
Settings -> More -> Security -> Certificates -> Root
Try the program vzw_spaddcert.exe that can be downloaded from Microsoft. You
must have both the program and the certificate on the root directory of your
memory card or, in case you don't have a memory card, at a folder called
Storage at the main memory of the device.
