I noticed long ago that Xandros doesn't have a firewall either. Windows XP / Vista / Windows 7 users should not have these problems right out of the box. As people complained and Microsoft listened. So I tested it (using the same laptop): Under Windows (Vista), using browsers Firefox and IE the back button *was* disabled. Under Ubuntu, using browsers Galeon, Firefox, Epiphany, NetSurf, and Seamonkey the back button *was not* disabled.
