Installing a decent firewall should take care of this security risk. I
noticed long ago that Xandros doesn't have a firewall either.

Windows XP / Vista / Windows 7 users should not have these problems
right out of the box. As people complained and Microsoft listened. I
guess somebody forgot to tell the Linux crowd to fix theirs as well.

Your website said it disables the back button apparently to prove some
security point. So I tested it (using the same laptop):

Under Windows (Vista), using browsers Firefox and IE the back button
*was* disabled.

Under Ubuntu, using browsers Galeon, Firefox, Epiphany, NetSurf, and
Seamonkey the back button *was not* disabled.

I'm not sure what that proved other than Windows is susceptible to
back button manipulation... 8-O
