I recently had to reinstall Business contacts for Outlook. I was also using
Pocket PC business contacts on my HPrx3100.

When I went to sync to two I get "attention needed" message next to business
contacts.

I am using ver activesync 3.8.0.

When I click on resolve items it gives me this message:

"Items of one or more information types cannot be sychronized. Disconnect
your device. To view all error messages and dialog boxes that require your
input, you must connect to this computer via infrared or srial/USB cable."

When I disconnect and reconnect the same thing happens again.

When I delet the partnership, I still get the attention required message
next to Business contacts.

Thanks for your help

Hi,

Did you try performing a soft reset before syncing?

First off, thanks so much for your help.

I am not sure what a "soft reset" is, but I did depress the reset button on
the PDA at one point.

Thanks again!
