Please log in for more thread options I hate to suggest it as there is a potential of it getting worse, but just
deleting the partnership, and re-establishing it, might fix stuff. To delete
you need to not be connected. After deletion and you reconnect, you should
get the new device wizard pop up asking if you want to be a guest or
establish a partnership. Again, having stuff backed up is advisable. Being
that this is an HTC from Sprint, I would guess it is a WM5 or 6 device? You
can (actually should) delete a partnership in AS on the device too. This
will however remove all the data associated with that partnership from the
device, which you may not want.
