Hi,
Under ActiveSync, disable Inbox syncing and allow the device to sync once.
Then enable it again and see if it helps. If not, then you might want to
try and narrow down the item that is causing the error. Move all the inbox
items to a new folder which is not available for sync. Once the empty inbox
is synchronized to the device, you can start moving the message back to the
default folder in small sets and see which set throws the error and then
narrow down further.
