Cannot connect using Bluetooth anymore

Posted by ah on April 15, 2007, 8:28 am Please log in for more thread options I have been connecting my PocketPC (XDA Exec = I-Mate Jasjar) to my laptop (running Windows XP Professional SP2) using Bluetooth for over a year without any problem and now I can't connect anymore. It still works with the cable. I have reset the pocket PC, rebooted the laptop, erased and recreated the PPC in the laptop Bluetooth devices and did the same for the laptop in the PPC Bluetooth devices, established a new partnership between PPC and PC, removed the COM7 port and created a new one. No way. If I click on the PPC connect via Bluetooth, I get the message: cannot find and existing Bluetooth partnership.....would you like to set up a partnership now? I reply Yes and create a new one but still I get the same message. Have you installed any new software, critical updates, service packs etc... Of course, I have raked my brains on this question without finding an answer.
