I have a user who's SP3i comes up with the following error on the phone =
when trying to sync using the USB cable connected to his PC within =
ActiveSync:

"Your account does not have permission to sync with your current =
settings. Contact your MS Exchange Administrator. An error occurred, and =
scheduled synchronisation had to be disabled. To start synchronising on =
a schedule again, use the Mobile Schedule tab in Active Sync Options.
Error code: http_403"

However, when disconnected from the USB cable and doing a sync over the =
air everything is fine. I've tried to change the settings manually via =
ActiveSync on the PC as per the error message recommendation but nothing =
changes on the phone - even after switching the device on and off.

My phone have exactly the same settings and I have no problem doing a =
sync!

Any ideas please??

Thanks

P.
