Yes but that is not the point or the question as even long complex passwords
are failing.

Please log in for more thread options
Try running the command net accounts on the server to see what the current
password policy shows to see if it is what you expect though it will not
show if omplexity is enabled but at this point I would assume that it is and
then make sure you use a complex password that is at least the minimum
length starting with something like Pass1* .

Please log in for more thread options
Specify the exact settings you want in Domain Security Policy and that
assumes you have not created any additional GPO's linked to the domain that
have a higher priority than the default domain GPO. Also do NOT change the
settings you saw to undefined but instead define them to what you need -
particularly password complexity which should be set to disabled if you do
not want to use it for some reason instead of undefined..
