Hi all -
I am unable to wirelessly sync my new Treo 700w to our Microsoft Exchange
Server.
Server running Exchange SP2, desktop running Activesync 4.1. I am able to
sync with Outlook using a USB cable, and the broadband service on my phone
works perfectly for browsing the Internet.
Our Exchange server also has OWA enabled and I can even view it on my Treo
at mail.mycompany.com. However, when I try to setup the settings for my
Exchange server on Activesync, it says "Activesync encountered a problem on
the server. Support code 85010014."
I've been pouring hours into this and need a resolution. Can anyone help?
