Can't download new guide n8vspuds 05-13-2008

 My husband ( who is a computer programer) and I have tried for the last few
days to get our MCE to download the internet guide. We keep getting: "guide
server error code: 33 and also an error code: 14. We are now having to
manually record things on our TV, which is a pain. My husband has done all
the downloads available. We even tried the Pack 3, but with no luck. If
anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. We have done the "change
internal clock" and even checked the firewalls with our internet provider. No
luck there either.

i have the same problem and have done everything on the list without any
fix.... any other ideas? this seems like the simplest thing to fix .... it's
just a website feed...
