Can not sync Task and Agenda

Can not sync Task and Agenda No 04-11-2008

Hello,

I have a HTC Touch mobile phone. I wanted to sync the phone with my
computer, because I wanted to see my appointments and task. This can be
done with Outlook, only I though I didn't had installed on my pc, so I
downloaded birdiesync to sync with Thunderbird and Lightning. Then I saw
that I had Outlook, so I got rid of birdiesync and started sync with
outlook.
At first, it worked perfectly, but i could not change tasks and
appointments. Then, I could change them, but now I get a warning from
activesync (in Dutch, so I have translate it): "The following appointments
are not synchonised from the device: <appointments>. The following tasks
are not synchonised from the device: <tasks>. Supportcode: 1".

In summary: I can not sync appointments and taks, then I get a strange
warning. How can sync again?

P.S. Is it normal that I can not change things?

Hi,
The problem could be an attachment or large notes that cannot be
synchronized. Try creating a new folder for each of the calendar and tasks.
Then move the appointments and tasks to these folders and sync. Then move
them back until you find the items that cannot sync.
