Help.
I have a new ATT Tilt. I can not synch more than 46 contacts with Outlook
XP. I have about 200 contacts that I need on a regular basis.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

The common problems are 1) some of the contacts are in contact folders in
Outlook; ActiveSync will not sync those, 2) there is a problem with one or
more of the contacts; fixing that item (notes are too long, for example),
will allow the rest to sync.

Please log in for more thread options Thanks for responding Paul.
I have read that I can't synch subfolders....it's just strange that I could
synch with a different phone, but not this more "updated" one. I actually
removed about 300 from my contacts in Outlook to see if that would fix it.
But, I will take your advise and review the other 200 to see if there are
any issues.
Thanks again!!

Please log in for more thread options The fact that it worked with an older device is an important one! I would
consult with support for the phone (from the phone vendor and/or ATT), as
well as trying your own investigation. You may be able to short-circuit
some of the "make sure it's plugged in" sort of support that way.

Please log in for more thread options Paul,
You'll never guess what AT&T....you guessed it.....call Microsoft :-)
Even though I told them it worked before...without a memory card.
But thanks for the suggestion.
