DOWNLOAD:
Installed MSN Toolbar from: http://toolbar.msn.com
MSN Toolbar is installed and document search installed

PROBLEM:
Tabs are not being enabled. I went in to the options/tabbed browsing and the
checkbox is checked. I can't seem to get the tabs to enable. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled and still they wont enable.

NOTE:
Where is the registry key or location where this is turned on?

Any help would be appreciated.

MACHINE SPECS:
Windows XP Professional
--Version 2002 Service Pack 2
MSIE
--Version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519

I have the same issue. It seems that plugins that show up in the View ->
Toolbar feature aren't. I had the same problem with the Systran 4.0 toolbar
translator. So i suspect something in IE is blocking this and is not
completely a MSN Toolbar issue.

It's been solved previously. Enable 3rd party plugins in the Advanced tab in
Internet Options.

You need to check two areas of IE.

1. In the advanced setup tab under tools/options select Enable 3rd Party
Browser Extensions (probably ok)

2. Go to Tools/Manage Add Ons. There are two sections:
a. Disabled and Enabled Add Ons
I am guessing you have an MSN Toolbar addon disabled. Enable it and you
should be ok.
