Any ideas on which Smartphone/Pocket PC wireless phone to buy now but have it
still be compatible with VISTA next year?

Compatible in what sense? Vista will probably just need an update to
Activesync and it will be backward compatible with previous versions of
Pocket PC and Windows Mobile. I dont anticipate any compatibility issues
unless you mean some specific functionality?

Mark,

There shouldn't be much of an issue with the device syncing with Vista if
that is your concern.

Vista will have what is called Sync Center which will replace ActiveSync.
This means the client is integrated into the OS - not a stand alone any
longer. You can read and see a bit of on my Mobius 2005 report page,

What I'm not clear about is how to sync my PPC with Office 2003 running on
Vista. Sync center provides details on how to connect to Files, Music and
Pictures but not my Outlook Details.
Any/all suggestions are welcome.
