Business Contacts... William H. George 04-10-2006

Since upgrading my iPaq 4705 to WM5.0 and ActiveSync 4.1 I can no longer
sync my Business Contacts. Anyone have the scoop on this problem? Any work
arounds?

Why would MS release its latest and greatest, which I have been waiting
months for (to be available for my 4705) and leave out such a crucial
feature? I am dead in the water, save that I had to overwrite my Outlook
Contacts with Business Contacts so I could carry the numbers.

By Business Contacts, do you mean a category in Outlook of Business
Contacts, or do you mean contats in Business Contacts Manager? If the
latter, then check out PocketMirror Professional
(http://www.chapura.com) - the issue is that the Office team (which
developed BCM) hasn't updated their software for WM5 (ActiveSync was
always designed to only sync with the main Outlook folder - and has
never changed... anything dealing with add-ins or sub-folders requires
additional software).

I am talking about Business Contact Manager and in my opinion the left hand
should know what the right hand is doing.

What is the point of being a registered user if you don't get warned when
upgrades to widely used software are not compatiable with the registered
software you are using. Is MS aware there is a nifty technology called
"e-mail" which makes communication of such facts almost effortless?
